Primacy Management Inc., a Calian company, is the largest independent medical property management company in Canada with over 800 physicians providing primary health care services to over 6 million patients per annum. Primacy is not a managed-practice model; we sub-license medical office space to owner/operators to operate their medical practice without the worry of maintenance or common area fees.

Since 2003, Primacy has been working with Loblaw® on an exclusive basis to design, build and manage all in-store health clinics in support of Loblaw’s health and wellness initiatives. Primacy currently operates over 150 clinics in Loblaw® grocery store locations including the Real Canadian Superstore®, Zehrs®, Loblaws® and NoFrills®.
